Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it at no cost to you. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge

Please note that minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
